Respected Doctors, My uncle Mr. Basu Debnath was having lower side back pains/spasms regularly during night from 10 days. Upon Doctor consultation (within locality), he has been prescribed with antibiotic (Loxof 500 once daily) to rule out on infection part, and advised RIRS/PCNL and DJ Stenting. Pls guide 1. if medication or non-invasive method can remove the stone and help improve hydronephrosis condition? 2. And how severe it is ? since the other kidney is atrophic. Urea+Creatinine reports shared below: BLOOD UREA-103.00 mg/dl. CREATININE - 5.80 mg/dl.

I am 29 yrs old(male). It's been few months I am getting the problem of frequent urination. Diagnosed two months ago. USG report was normal except the PVR was significant: 86.77cc (KUB ultrasound with PVR was done). Treatment worked that time (some medications). Now after two months I am having the same for last couple of days. As if something still remains each time after urinating. May be muscle is not relaxing fully. Also sometime I am getting slight pins and needle feeling and burning sensation in my bottom feet. Blood sugar was normal( test done 2 months back). I drink 3-4 litres water per day. Is it ok to urinate after every 1.5-2 hours(can't hold more than that) ,though sensation starts after an hour of urination, specially from post lunch to bed time period? Also I am feeling of having bowel gas, can it be the reason for the urge to urinate? No pain as such. Other activities are normal. Please suggest.

He was having lower side back pains/spasms regularly during night from 10 days now and also had to get administered with painkiller injection(on doctor discretion) once to relieve same. 2 days back upon Doctor consultation (within locality), he has been prescribed for USG and Urea+Creatinine and below reports are in hand. ##USG Report (Attached plates): 1) Right sided ureterolithiasis with hydronephrosis 2) Atrophied left kidney 3) Hypertrophy of prostate. ##REPORT ON THE BIOCHEMICAL EXAMINATION#   BLOOD UREA - 103.00 mg/dl   CREATININE   -     5.80 mg/dl   Please advice on the severity and expected complications, cure possible for LT Kidney? And the treatment roadmap ahead .
