Does nebicard 2.5 a hypertension drug cause erectile dysfunction?i have heard this beta blocker is safe in this regard. Plz advice

Male 30, getting fevers 100-101 deg F for few weeks on and off. Routine urine examination 2nd time shows few bacteria, epithelial cells present and 6-8HPF. Major discomfort is fever and headaches plus body ache. Slight burning in urination but not a big discomfort. First time experiencing this. Urine culture reports awaited (in another 3 days). Shall I start antibiotics now and which? Or wait for culture report?

Hello Dr, I have a swollen lymph node in the 'inguinal canal' region since 1 day. It's about the size of a small pea, but painful. What could be the cause? I had the same thing about 9 months back and it went away in 2-3 days on its own, but it was painful. Background, I had UTI 2 weeks back and took antibiotics as per nephrologist advice. Repeat Urine tests showed normal results and there was no growth in culture after the antibiotic course. I am a Post kidney transplant patient.

Is there any solution from falling Na,K mg. Or any other tab to maintain the levels. Since past few days i have been urinating very frequently and it hurts while urinating. Now I am feeling pain in my lower back. What should I do?

Little background - My mother got her treatment for kidney stone which was around 8mm last year. The doctors have scanned post treatment and said everything is cleared. Now my mother is facing some pain in the back one the same side where the treatment was done. The pain is coming in waves and is spread on the back - one side from rib to bottom. Is this a possibility of an other stone.? We are currently staying in a bit of a remote area where it's bit hard to look out for a doctor. Should we travel to the nearest city ? The concern is there a chance of stone getting formed within a year post initial treatment?

When I urinate it doesn't flow normal. And I dont urinate as often either. Sometimes it stings little. But it's not normal and my scrotum feels a bit lumpy underneath my sac.

Lather forms when urinating hence leakage of protein suggested through urine. It may be some kidney malfunctioning.
