Feeling pain in lower abdomen

Asked for Male, 26 Years

From last 2-3 months I am feeling pain near lower abdomen. Pain is not much severe and but regular. I can feel while sitting or doing other activities. I have done the test of Liver,Kidney,Sugar etc but nothing comes in the report.Pain location is at the pointed finger position in attached pic.

Attached Ultrasound report shows left renal cyst but i don't think it to be cause of pain site.
