Burning sensation in lower abdomen

Asked for Male, 58 Years

My father has no pain but has burning sensation near lower abdomen and irritation(burning sensation) to entire legs. Burping release is hot and sour. Not able to sleep in nights. What should be done to reduce this burning sensation?
