I had an kub and had right ureter is midly dilated with 8mm calculus in lower third with mildly hydronephrosis and pelvicalyceal is mildy dilated

I had diagnosed urine test. My urine test result is ph-8/10 protein-detected( traced). Others are normal. Is it safe?

Hi. I got my ultrascan full abdomen done in june wer 1calculi of 4mm found, i used cystone,potassium citrate as per doctors advice. But after two months it showed total 4 stones of 4mm and one 5mm. Then i started homeopathy of berberis vulgaris consulting homeo doc.Now after a it month the report says no obvious calculi and everything normal. But mild fulness of pelvicalceal system may be due to back pressure and in left ovaries dominant follicle measuring 24×18mm noted. Iam using homeopathy now can someone tell me if this is normal and if it can be cured by continuing homeo?

I am facing stomach pain since quite a few days. Doctors have suggested me to do DTPA scan and it's showing that urine is delayed.. Can it be cure by medicine or it will require surgery. Report is attached. Please revert as I am facing several problem due to this. I dont want to do surgery..
