  4. Pain in stomach. I have kidney disease?

Pain in stomach
I have little bit pain in my stomach from two days. I have acidity also..before two days I had headache and vomiting  and feel very weak..I have back pain and sometimes pelvic pain also..I have uti problem early..nowadays I have frequent urination..what should I do please suggest..Is it possible that i have kidney disease?

Do urine r/m and culture test along with USG abdomen and pelvis. And consult a urologist with reports.
