Sore testicle/stomach pain
About 4 weeks ago I was lifting heavy weight above my head, straining. I noticed a burning feeling in my lower belly. 2 days later my left testicle was sore. 3 weeks after incident my testicle is still very sore and im having stomach pain and pain coming from my left kidney area. Feels like something's tore. Soreness from the testicle varies from day to day, some days are worse than others. I went to the dr a couple days ago and she felt my stomach, said she didnt feel a hernia

Have you done any urine test or something?
Get an ultrasound abdomen done and review, it will be useful.
It might be urine infection spreading to testes.
