  4. Testicular pain. Or a symptom of tumor.

Testicular pain
I have been suffering from testicles pain from past 4 months, i consulted with 4 to 5 urologist after clinical examination they said it's just normal pain because of lifting heavy weights in gym. But from past 1 month I noticed very small tiny lump on back of my right testicle. Is it normal or a symptom of tumor.

It’s most probably a epididymal cyst, so don’t worry. Relax. Can do USG scrotum if not done so far.
