Urinary Track Infection
Hello Doctor, my father is aged 70. He's having a long segment stricture in posterior penile urethra and short segment strictures in the poximal bulbar and mid bulbar uthera. Could you please kindly confirm what are the treatment options available. In general he's so week so can this be treated without surgery?

For 70 years it's better to undergo dilatation. If his functional status is good BMG urethroplasty can be considered.
