Kidney Problems

My wife is 30 years old and has been experiencing discomfort and burning sensation in her private part for the past 4–5 days, especially while urinating. She also had mild fever yesterday which comes and goes, along with body pain and weakness. Today we did a urine test and I’ve attached the report here. As per the report, there are pus cells and bacteria present, and the urine appears turbid. Since the doctor is not available right now, I want to know: Is this a urinary tract infection (UTI)? What medicine or syrup can she take safely at home until we visit a doctor? Are antibiotics necessary at this stage, or can she begin with any over-the-counter remedies for symptom relief? Please suggest something with minimal side effects. Thank you.

I urinate many times , but don't have urge , can feel that bladder is having some quantity of urine , I can hold urine for hours but feels to urinate ,so that I can relax,,, checked for urine routine test , it was showing. - 3-5 pus cells and 5-7 epithelial cells , At the same time , the urine quality some times is more  like 300 to 400 ml and some times 100 ml( but even if 100 ml urine is there ,,I feel to urinate ) but can also  control it Last 10 days I feel like  I am passing more quantity of urine and my abdomen ultrasound is normal( taken in sep 2024) ... Is that because I am drinking more water or any other bladder issues

My father has Prostatomegaly grade 1 with 25.9gm prostrate and 64ml residual urine. Rest of the report is normal and doesn't signify any problems according to doctor. But our family physician has suggested him a PSA test. Is it necessary? He has no problem and rest of everything is also well. And why did he prescribe this test? If anyone can let me know that would be great.
