Kidney Problems

Hello Doctor, Since last 1 month, i am having mild burning pain while urination and after urination also. Also slight pain and discomfort in urethra. Also it feels like bladder is not emptying fully after urination and also always feels like urination but small amount of urination happens. After urination, 2 to 3 drops urine dribble out once i seat on my chair immediately. I have done reports like Routine urine, Urine culture, Diabetes, Chlamydia IG, Gonorea , HIV, VDRL, KFT, LFT test, and CBC. All reports are normal. No UTI or no STI as per my Doctor. Normal KUB USG. My doctor has given me Cefpodoxime Proxetil (200mg) + Clavulanic Acid (125mg) for 10 days. Slight improvement but after finishing if the medication, pain comes again. I am in too much stress and tension since last 1 month. Request to help and advise please sir.

My grandma has diabetes and she is on medication now she is facing burning in owe and frequent urination what has help relieve it

Doctor I used migrafen tablets a lot , I want to check whether my kidney function is good or not . What are the tests I should check for, any ultrasound tests, to ensure my kidneys are working fine

My friend has had a lump type thing in the back of his left testicle, he had had this lump for 4+ years.. there is no swelling or any other pain related symptoms but it is visually different from the other testicle due to the lump sort of thing on the lower back.. he is worried about it so what can it be.. the size of it has not changed at all for the 4 years

Sir, Under my penis head shalf there is white liquid accumulation,causing leakage in penis, earlier I was having balanitis,but I use to get it wash during bathing . Also my fore skin there some cut type wounds, getting pain while pulling fore skin behind...pls help

For the past 1 month Iam facing a fore skin issues in my penis it's not expanding and some yeast like this is forming with itchy sensation. Recently 2 days back there was few drops of blood in my urine since then when ever I pass urine there is slight irritation how ever no blood is observed

There was a pain in left side of the lower abdomen. After ultrasound it was found that urinary bladder wall is uneven. There was no other abnormal symptoms . After taking prescribed antibiotics and probiotics the problem is over. I want to know what should I do next to get confirm that my urinary bladder is okay now? Please respond.

Sir I have stone in ureter about 6 mm and doctor given me amikacin 500 injection in iv 2 time a day but when I take the injection i feel blurred vision and lightheadness when I ask doctor why is this happening he said it is normal. sir it is normal or I have to stop it ?

Suffering from Frequent Urination for last 5 yrs but no other problems like pain, stone, infection, blood in urine etc are not there. My recent USG of whole Abdomen & all testing reports are:- i) PSA = 4.990 ng/ml. ii) Gall Bladder, Pancreas, Spleen, Both Kidneys & Ureters are okay. iv) Liver = Normal in size ( Right lobe measures 153 mm). Its echogenicity is diffusely increased without any focal lesion. v) Urinary bladder= Diffusely thickened 6 mm & irregular urinary bladder wall but no calculi nor growth. Post void residual urine is 151 cc.(Significant). vi) Prostate Gland = Measures 72 x 56 x 64 mm size. It's grossly enlarged in size with median lobe projection into urinary bladder base by 37 mm. It's echotexture is heterogeneous . Capsule is intact. Grade lll prostatomegalyWeight is 137 gms. vii) Peritoneal Cavity & Retroperitoneum are normal. I need urgent Urologist Doctor's advice if urgent surgery is must or can delay 4 months or can avoid surgery & seek Ayurvedic treatment.
