My father got cowaxin on 3rd april , since 15 days he has fever of range 99 to 101 with crocin, Tested antigen and RTPCR for which report came negetive.. he is having fever , he has shortness of breath (28 breaths per minutes), His RBC 2.1, WBC 14.4, CRP 217, serum creatinine 3.21, iron 24 , Hb 9.2 , Bilirubin direct is 0.6, Urine report shows no puss , nothing unusual , and he doesnt have any problem while passing urine, Is problem in kidney causing continuous fever. Shortness of breath and anemia ??

I am facing second episode of UTI in 6 months . Last time doc prescribed niftran 100 for 21 days (3 tab for 14 days and 2 tabs next 7 days). Is it ok to start those medicines again ?
