What medicine can be taken for very long term like years without much side effects for chronic Prostatitis?

Stone found in both the kidneys. 3.1mm in right and 2-3 small pieces in the left because of this stomach ache happens . which is unbearable somet imes.

Does surgery help with resolving chronic Prostatitis? Also does homeopathy cure the same? I am in pain for past 6 months.

Yesterday while sleeping I feel a urge to pee but I hold it for 2-3 hours. In morning while peeing my bladder was hurting and brownish colour urine came out(I drank very less water on day before yesterday) It also contain 2-3 reddish-brown fibrous particles and I feel severe irritation and pain in urethra. After that I drank 3-4 glasses of water then me urine becomes clear and my irritation and pain is also reduced and no visible particles but at the last moments of peeing I feel a pain and irritation.I am very stressed. I also developed fever at evening. What to do.

Hi, I am having UTI since 10 days. I was prescribed to take Roxsafe 500. The symptoms were high during initial 4 to 5 days. Then it has subsided. Now i have the symptoms sometimes in morning or night. I was asked to take urine culture and USG. Attached the culture and USG. My doctor{Mbbs,MS(general surgery)} prescribed me Drosis-XT(deflazacort 30mg + tamsulosin 0.4mg) two times a day for 10days with other medicines for kideney stone problem , Is it is safe for me to consume steroid 30mg twice a day for kidney stone , Does steroids prescription is common for kidney stone problem ? Does kidney stones will not go away without steroids ?
