Suffering from bladder neck obstruction dr prescribed alfoo 10 mg using from 6 months no significant improvement in pvr .pvr is till 100 ml and any other option and this 100 ml pvr is dangerous.. Plz clarify??

My mom undergoing treatment for urinary infection and kidney stones. Her stone size is 9mm and taking k tone tablets for a week. Size has been reduced to 8.1mm. Still, some pain coming up in between but better than before. Today conducted follow up urine and blood tests. Creatinine come down to 1.1 from 1.5. Urea 87 to 34. Uric acid now at 3. Wbc count 15780. ESR 105, wbc/hpf 20-22, rbc/npf nil epithelial cells/hpf 4-6. Attached the reports.  Please guide us further. Thanks.

In last month, when I have done sonography there is 2 kidney stone of size 3 & 3.3 mm. Will be facing joint pain also so orthopaedic doctor told me need to start calcium supplements i.e gemcal plus as bone are very weak. So can I start calcium supplements? Thank you in advance...

Hii I m 35 yr old male ...I got diagnosed 2 yrs back with b/ l grade 1 varicocele on checkup and ultrasound ...pain subsided when I stopped gym....i was unmarried at the time of diagnosis so doctor told me nothing to be done........i got married last year...my wife conceived also ..soon after marriage naturally Just now my question is do I need to worry abt the varicocele...I get occasional pain but not severe...it is very much reduced... Do they progress with time ...or become increased in grade
