In the past i have done over masturabation when i was teen . NOW i masturbated once amonth . Can it still affect my fertility...

I have overactive bladder it's recovery with medicine or not o can't do anything I left my job BCoz this problem irritated me Alot and frustrated lot sir. I do all test Ct scan, ultrasound, urine culture, uroflowmentary,sugar test, uric scid test. What I do for this my problem is excessive Urination or frequent urination all time m not sleeping for a long in night. I have kidney stone 3.6mm this is reason or Overactive bladder please help doctor m too much panic. I can't go anywhere BCoz of this problem approximate m facing this 8 months I have 1 year ago kidney but m again facing kidney stone but very little in size kidney stone doesn't affect me overactive bladder effect me so much.my doctor gave me mirago 25 for Overactive balder m taking from 1 month and still using can I take continue or not ? This is good medicine or not . This is permanent gone or not sir please help any surgery or treatment available. M too much panic m not going anywhere BCoz of this. This is curable or not?
