Dear Sir/Mam, My daughter had 2 times UTI in the last 2 months so doctor advised to take MCUG and it shown as Grade 4 VUR on left side of the kidney and the USG shows Kidney and bladders are normal. I am confused wether we need to for surgery or treat with antibiotic. If surgery does it needs to be open surgery or laproscopy? Which one is more painless ? I am afraiding this will be critical or not. Can someone help me Sir or Mam?

I suffered from lower abdominal pain few days back pain was not constant but on jan 3rd pain was constant untill i took painkiller and i was feeling uncomfortable during urination, the urine colour was brown which was unusual for me.General physicain suggested to take ultrasound scan and urine test ,scan reports were normal but urine test says that there is a trace of albumin and RBC were 4-6 and i took medications such as urispas and niftas i felt some what comfortable and after 3 weeks again i took urine test to check whether everything is cleared but the trace of albumin is still present and RBC were low compared to first test 1-2 , am i going to be normal please suggest

If no evidence found in studies that dog rat monkdy bite has not affected fertility it means that there is no reference in medical book
