Bacteria present (+) . What does it mean?. Even though i don"t have any symptom. NO burning or pain or blood in urine.
My daily water intake is 2L. I dont have any other health issue. I need to take medicine
Pls suggest.

If pus cells are normal. You can ignore this. If you want to be 100% sure then ideally need Urine culture test.
