From the last 2 days, I'm facing this urge to pee right after using washroom as well and very little comes out if I go again.

When I urinated yesterday, looked like there was one drop of blood in starting of urine however the colour of urine was normal yellow in the pot. I got my some of tested this morning, Rbc is nil no blood , pus cells 4-6 , epithelial cells 2-4 and mucus thread present. Was it an illusion since there are no rbcs in report ?

Today I had my 1 wet dream of this month. I have stayed practicing ashwini mudra and meditation. I noticed that i didn't have that bad dream today and after some time i totally forgot about it. 1) can wet dream could be caused by late sleeping. 2) can wet dream caused by taking stress or tension to much?

I m feeling my urine frequency is reduced when compared to before, though I m drinking lot of water but urine frequency is not upto the water intake, I got blood test done all LFT and RFT and creatinine are normal, I don't think some dehydration causing lesser urine output, I m feeling I m gaining weight for water intake and lesser output, but If i take coconut water my urine output is routine, kindly suggest and this is increasing my anxiety levels for no reason..
