  4. Varicocele. A cooling sensation to it.

Varicocele
Can anyone please tell what can be used to massage the scrotum which can give a cooling sensation to it. I did a massage with colgate with very less quantity and pour water on it gives a good relief but want to know can it be safe to apply that on skin like i did or if there are any other products available which can give cooling relief and are considered safe to use then please tell. Thanks
