Kidney Problems

I was detected high uric acid of 7.84 5 days ago, aa I was having slight pain in my right heel.. Do I have to take medicine, or it would reduce naturally if I opt for healthy diet and more water intake? If medicine is to be taken, I have zyloric at home.

Urination not passing. Pain in kidney. Blood detected in urine. Immediate dialysis has been started. Non-diabetic. Was suggested laser operation to start urination but could not conducted as he tested corona positive before operation

Having pain while urinating, went for CUE test Pus cells are 2-4 in urine, pls suggest treatment or further procedures

Urine is getting stuck, dripping, pressure is being exerted, urine is staying inside, if sitting / lying in one place for a long time, it is getting more and more stuck, at some point the whole urine is not getting inside.If urination is strong then also can't do it. Doctors suggested for surgery. We want to know What surgery can be done without removing the prostate gland or any other treatment.
