I have done the cect scan of whole abdomen and the report says - small right adrenal myelolipoma.. so what should i do now for it .. and the adrenal says small fat density nodule is seen in the right adrenal measuring 11x7mm

Hello sir/ ma'am, from the past few months I was having gastric problem and headache, so i went to a physician and he told me to do a ultrasound and there (2 days) ago I have diagnosed 9mm calculus in lower pole calyx of right kidney, but till now i don't have any pain or something, He gave me a cystone tablet wit some gastric related tablets for one months. I'm very nervous because I fear a lot from operations. What should I do? I'm very nervous.

Stone in ureter it need surgery so after surgery what is recovering time. If 9mm stone ureter it's out normally ,is their in ureter last 3 months few time getting pain.

Hi, I am getting burning sensations after urination since 10 days.Getting upper back pain.completed nitrobid, febumac 40 and alkasol for 10 days. Still burning sensation after urination. White foam urine in morning time. Done urine examination. Pus cells 10-12, Epithilial cells 4-6, uric acid positive. No fever and no other symptoms. Urination is normal with pale yellow color always. Working 10 to 12 hrs daily infront of laptop. Current report pus cell is 3-4. Any further suggestion.
