Elevated bladder neck
Hi I'm 20 years suffering from elevated bladder neck diagnosed by cystoscopy Dr prescribed alfuzsoin 10 mg but no relief and post void residual is 90 ml max urine flow rate 13ml/sec plz can you tell is it fine to continue like this or any complications plz? Give me some guidance to move on.

Plz Continue alfuzosin and follow up with uroflowmetry and usg kub with pvr every 6 months.
