Kidney Problems

Im 37 years old male with no past history and no complications. I have done this report for my satisfaction. : Urine Cytology Microscopy : Smears show scattered superficial urothelialcells with few admixed neutrophils. Atypical/malignant cells are not present Impression : Atypical/malignant cells not present. Please suggest do i need to worry about this report and about (scattered superficial urothelialcells) is thid something serious. Please reply...prayers

Hi Please let me know what is the meaning as per below ultrasound report. "Muscoal thickening is seen left lower ureter causing minimal upstream hydroureteronephrosis. A 2 mm non obstructive concretion is seen in left kidney. " Is this serious? 10 days ago I got 10 mm stone in lower ureter.

Back when i was a kid i had mumps. I read it might affect fertility. Which test should i undergo. It also said very rare to cause any permanent effect on fertility. . .

I have pain in my right tasticular and it is not hanging like the left one. The right one looks some bigger than the left one. I noticed this problem before more than 1 year ago. The right one sensation is lower than left one. Sometime I feel ok and some time i feel pain in a day.
