Prostate enlarge/prostate cancer
My grandfather of 80 yeo is detected with prostate enlargement issue, due to which doctor has suggested him to go for testical removal surgery. Is it safe to perform that surgery considering he has prostate cancer too.

It's is essential to remove testis as androgen deprivation therapy in case of prostate cancer. Surgery is also safe. But if u don't want surgery , androgen deprivation can be done through injections as well.
