Sir I have a frequent urination problem from the last 2 or 3 years or beyond that also .whenever I drink water after 10 or 15 minutes again I start the feeing of urine. At night also I used to wake up for a urine everyday.so what should I done. What test do i need to have to consult a doctor

My grandma was bedridden for 6month due to knee replacement revision surgery. Few weeks before only we removed catheter. Last 10month she under catheter only, after her surgery she got infected in 3month, after that Revision surgery held. Right now her breath is abnormal vessing sound. Now her face swelling and her urine in different color foil smell. Salt deposits in that tube i can see.. Her left side of whole body swelling, actually she is 100kg almost, there is no cooperation to walk with pt. We are not able to lift her to feed food. On bed how to feed food. Does her kidneys failed? How to ensure?
