My father is suffering from high grade carcinoma, gone through TURBT in July 2021. 8 weeks of BCG vaccination already completed in the month of October 2021. From the last 4 months his urine frequency is very high. He goes for urine in every 30 minutes. He is taking multiple medicines as prescribed by the treating doctor but still no improvement. Please find the attached biopsy report and suggest any probable solution. Last Cystoscopy done in October and no issues found that time. Treating doctor currently hold the quarterly Cystoscopy as the frequency of urination not yet improved.

MY FATHER DIAGNOSED WITH MULTIPLE RENAL CALCULAS NOW HE HAS STONES IN HIS URETER WITH ATROPHIC KIDNEY 4.6 Dr. Suggested to remove all parts of kidney with stones we don't want that is there any way to treat those stone what about ureterscopy?

I have been getting treatment since 2 years. I have a problem of frequency in urination and pain in bladder. My doctor diagnosed my condition as Interstitial cystitis. I'm still taking medicines, but I'm not recovering, I cannot go out most of the time, it's very problematic. Sometimes I need to go 40 to 30 times a day for urination.
