Hello, I am detected with kidney stone. I was on hight protein diet [ eggs , protein shakes , protein bar , protein chips ]. Is these stones are because od this high protein diet ? Also Can I consume L-carnitine whipe having kidney stone ? What food do I need to avoid ?
