Kidney Problems

Hello doctor 18 days back I got heavy fever and checked urine routine albumin trace was found after one week treatment albumin trace was negative. Now after 15 days again in urine routine albumin trace, pus cells, Epi cell found. Can you suggest what's the issue.

Albumin trace was found 20 days back after 1 week of treatment it was negative. But again I did the urine routine i found above results which I have attached with trace of albumin.

I found blood in my urine while urination. Yesterday I passed small kidney stone from urine. Today I am getting red color urine after every urination. Please suggest treatment.

Hi I got my ultrasound report yesterday and found I have stones in my kidney of 3 and 2.1 mm. Along with thi I also have heptic mass on the live. Please help me, since last 4 days I am feeling the constant urge to urinate, I did the Urine RE and Urine Culture and Sensitivity Test. The doctors said I don't have an infection.
