I have been facing issues in my lower back post consuming Creatine for past 5 days . I have been consuming Whey protein from past 4yrs . What are tests needs to done in the Kidney Profile Test to understand the issue?

I have irritation in urethra and urinary frequency for many years, so I was prescribed whole abdomen usg and urine test, my abdomen gave normal report except fatty liver grade 2 infiltration and my urine test showed pus cells 5-7 hpf, earlier as well I had kub usg and urine report in which kub report was normal and urine report showed bacteria, I took fosfomycin also for it but no relief was delivered, what could be the reason and sti or uti? (I have pcos and constipation also)
