Kidney Problems

I am having an urgency to pee every half an hour and there is also a slight pain around my urethra. But the amount is very less when I pee. This usually happens whenever I have a physical relation, it starts developing 1-2 days later,but otherwise it's normal for me. This is a regular issue happening since a year or two . The pain vanishes after 3-4 days. Please help regarding this matter.

Sir , I have urinary tract infection from four days . consulted doctor .Urine culture test done.Attaching reports . Taking Tab.Menosure -o-er 300 mg And Potron Mb6 syrup. It's been two days I have been on antibiotics .I still feel burning pain when passing urine . Can you please check and say how many  days will antibiotics take to work.What should I do next ... please say.
