Kidney Problems

I have 6mm kidney stone in right and 4mms in left kidney.. I am taking medicine ston1 syrup with few tablets like pulling 600mg. Are these medicines really dissolves kidney Stones. Or the entire stones will be passed away in urine which makes lot of pain.. Please give suggestions. Since I am planning for ureteroscopy

I am diagnosed with splenohepatomegaly in ultrasound and CT scan. Bilirubin levels in blood are 5.5mg/dl.. conjugated 1.7 and conjugated 3.8 With slightly yellow eyes and urine What needs to be done? Can I consult a physician for further medication?
