Kidney Problems

I had a pretty good urinary tract before, but I hesitated to use the washroom during my office hours and, eventually the flow decreased. Now, I have a frequent urge to urinate, and a little urine comes out. It also takes time to start the urination. I don't have any pain during urination. It requires a lot of pressure to put for removing the left over urine and it comes in drops. My bladder never gets empty as before and neither i have a good flow. please help.

Hi,I'm 22 years old i have single kidney from birth and recently recorded high BP and serum creatinine.bp is 160/95 and serum creatinine is 1.9 then after 5 days serum creatinine has increased to 2.24 then doctor recommended BP tablet and to go through biopsy.After two days I have gone through biopsy on the day of biopsy serum creatinine was 2.34 and eGFR was 40.8. after 6 days when I went to collect biopsy report doctor asked to redo serum creatinine and serum potassium,creatinine was 2.42 & potassium 3.8. Then doctor recommended to take two defocord 30 mg tablets and some calcium and BP tablets and then after a week asked to come once again to further diagnosis my problem... My doubt is will this serum creatinine be decreased to normal?? Will I become a normal person? And why I haven't noticed this high BP and creatinine as any symptoms?

I am having stone of size 13 mm* 5 mm in my ureter. I want to know about possible treatments and do i really need a surgury for it?

Hi i recently did lft and kft. my lft is normal. i m worried abt creatinine which is 1.1. normal ranges mentioned are between 0.4 to 1.4. Also uric acid is 7.2.. ranges mentioned are4. 8 to 7.5. i have yello urine in morning and during rest of day its normal if i drink water. i had chickenpox infection in December. now its cured. pls let me know what can be done please find kft and lft attached.

Left upper ureteric obstruction with hydronephrosis in left kidney and dilated left upper ureter. Dilation of left Pelvicalyceal system is seen.i ve tried stent procedure few Months ago but it didnt work.Is there any Other treatment option than open surgery? How to prevent this condition from Happening in future?

I donot know what to eat or not to, because here the Doctors are not much good in taking care. In 2014 i did full check up and we found out that my right kidney only is functioning so the doctor said that i had cysts in my left kidney...so iy doesnt function...he tlod me to do check up every year which i didnt do...i just want to know now should i go for checkup or not...but i actually look fine...so as my right kidney only is working the doctor says its biger than the left

My uncle is a Dialysis patient aged 67 years. Usually his blood pressure will be 160-180/120-140.Now after his last Dialysis (3 days ago) blood pressure is low as 100/70. Today during the Dialysis his blood pressure is between 80-90. How to increase the blood pressure?

While urinating pain and irritation once urinated properly pain goes slowly down. pain near prostate glands
