Had severe pain on left side of abdomen
Pain with severe vomiting in left side of abdomen. Urea creatinine shows 0.8 and usg shows mild hydro nephrosis with 0.2 calculus in middle calyx of right kidney.

Get done CT KUB for detection of other smaller calculi not seen on USG Tab Buscopan or cyclopam twice daily for pain
Next Steps
treatment will be either medical or surgical depending upon CT findings
