Kidney Problems

My wife is suffering from vocal cord polyp last 6 to 8 month. What is the permanent cure of this disease.

My LFT test detail total bilirubin - 13.49 direct bilirubin - 8.49 in direct bilirubin - 5.0 SGOT - 158.3 SGPT - 706.8 ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE - 279.4 GAMMA GT - 139.6

I've been having sudden urge to pee for last two days. I don't have pain but slight feeling of burning when i pee

My father is already a diabetic and heart patient but now kidney problem is also. His serum creatinine is 3.0 and serum urea is 51. Ultrasound also done and impression is renal parenchymal echotexture is altered. So what should I do now?

My aunt being a kidney patient takes up 3 dialysis sessions per week. Her face is swollen due some particular nerve blockage. As a treatment, doctors have suggested 2 ways. One is angiogram and the other is shifting fistula from left to right and then blocking left. We are not able to figure out which procedure is recommendable.

I had a 6mm stone stuck in my right ureter and was operated using uteroscopy for the same last year...since then every month I am having regular sonographies done and have had no instance of stone post that...i recently got a sonography done in which my right kidney came out to be slightly smaller in size and my right renal tube had mild fullness...what does this mean? Is this something to be worried about? What is the cause of this?

Radio dense calculus measuring 5.7 mm in size is seen within the right distalk one third of the ureter distal to the right iliac vessel crossing and approximately 25 mm proximal to the UV junction... can this stone be passed I have passed many stones before...no pain as of now saw this on my ct scan report... or is surgery required
