Rbc 10-12 first test nill in second 1-3 in third 4-6 and 6-8 HPF in regularly test with gently pain right below to abdoman which is increasing day by day .what happened to me and what shiuld I do

There is a simple cyst in kidney on left side of 20 mm. Before two months  it was around 10 mm but now it is increased. What to do and what is the treatment for this.My wife has gone with a surgery before one month for ovarian cyst in left ovary of small size and right ovary of 55 mm as well. But after surgery both cyst removed .Now what to do with kidney cyst. This is our main concern.Will it harm in future. Please help me about this problem.

I've had a frequent urge for urination from the past 5 to 6 days and pain in the lower back and in stomach and also I'm having a little trouble to urinate
