2-3 mm right renal microlithiasis with m
Sir i have 2-3 mm microlith in the upper pole with minimal hydronephrosis. I have a pain constant mild pain in right kidney and tube. Also i m feeling weakness so i got diagnosed yesterday only and came to know that edematous uv junction in my uranary bladder. Also cyst and thyroid noted in report. I am very much concerned about my health sir. Is it a serious problem? ?please suggest me some solution.please help me sir..Thank you.

Hello there...... Most stones that cause renal colic are small and pass out with the urine in a day or so. You should drink plenty of fluids to encourage a good flow of urine. Strong painkillers are often needed to ease the painuntil you pass the stone. No other treatment is usually needed.
Some stones that form and stick in the kidney do not cause symptoms or any harm. They can just be left if they are small.
