Normally renal small stones do not cause pain that radiates to legs&ankle Get detailed physical clinical examination done by a urologist&orthopedic clinician to ascertain the cause. Further Evaluation is useful by urine examination routine and microscopic and functional study of kidney to ascertain whether microliths are causing any harmful effects or not
