Radiating pain right back
I've been having radiating pain from left abdomen to left back.
Did USG
Left kidney stone 3mm in midpole
Otherwise all organs are normal
I also have radiating pain from middle right abdomen to middle right back,shoulder blade( did MRI for spine ,chest xray no problem)
Although right kidney doesn't have calculus
What's causing it doctor?
Does left kidney calculus also cause right side radiating pain?

Left kidney usually not cause pain on right side . NCCT KUB is must to know exact status of stones.
