Kidney Problems

I am facing the lower back pain on both sides. I am feeling the pain during Sleep, lifting weights and sometimes while sitting. As per Ultrasound scan repot, I have few tiny size stones available in RHS of kidney. But, I am feeling the pain on both sides.

Sir i have a stone 5.5mm in ureter what should i do? im taking HIMALAYA - CISTONE 3 TIMES A DAY AND RIDSTONE TABLET. THE PAIN IS MAJOR SOMETIMES. KINDLY SUGEST THE BEST SIR....... AS IHVE HEARD A MANY ABOUT YOU

My father is d patient age 83yrs,ckd since 17 months, diabetic 35yrs,bp since 1 yr, Serum creatinine 5.5-6.5, phosphorus 4.3,urea 235,calcium 7.6, sodium 129, ALP 68,total protein 5.65,albumin 2.84 ,potassium 6.32 chloride 107.4,hb 8.5 g/dl The kidney problem started just after TURP 18 months ago. At present itching esp on back is d main issue.h d on regular basis.but since last 3 months d patient refused to do so bcz of feeling weakness after HD. Even without HD s.creat varies 5.5-6.5 only. So my question is can we avoid HD.if no then what parameters must be concerned before HD.the patient strictly following the diet chart , no swelling and sugar is under limit no other problems.Guide me 4 d best possible action esp on itching .

Hi, I have been diagnosed with 1.5cms simple renal cortical cyst in right kidney. I m experiencing pain in lower right abdomen, lower back and some times near right side of pelvis. I m taking ayurvedic medicines since a month and have changed my eating habits. however still my pain is still there. Is this normal? How many days it takes to shrink or burst the cyst? And does it come back?

My mother had a kidney transplant 2 years ago and under medication.from past 3 days she is getting blood while spitting early in the morning.What could be the reason? Thanks

I am frequently going urine ,I got stone of 3mm in both the kidneys, I took homeopathic medicine, but frequent urine is not stopped. There is no pain also. I did KFT which was normal. This problem is going on with me since two months

I had a severe pain in lower left abdomen radiating towards groin. On USG, a 5.9 mm calculus is seen in the left mid ureter (approx L5-S1 Level). Mild hydronphrosis is seen in the left kidney. The left upper ureter is dilated. I was advised urgent ureteroscopy by urologist but i started home remedies. I got USG done again after 10 days. The Report mentions that a 5.9 mm sized calculus is seen in the left lower ureter just below the level of iliac vessels crossing causing mild left hydronephrosis and proximal hydroureter. I prefer medication, if possible, instead of ureteroscopy for the treatment.

My father age 64 years has undergone renal transplant in 1993. My uncle had donated his kidney to my father. He took good care of his transplanted kidney. But due to heavy medication his arteries are getting blocked due to calcification . After renal transplant he had undergone by pass surgery and operated for his lower limbs . Recently in September 2016 his BP rose to 210 -120 . He was admitted to hospital where he was treated for BP after few weeks he stopped urinating again admitted but this time he was catherised and diagnosed with clots in bladder for which he was irrigated heavily. His creatinine 2 now. Presently problem is that he is having hernia near kidney and due to urinal infection he can't opt for surgery. Urine culture is showing significant growth in colistin ( sensitive) and other component as resistance . Puss count is 3-4 .and Colony count is 10^5 What should we do . He is having antibiotics for last 8 weeks firstly via IV than Injections now orally.

Normal in size and echopattern. Shows approximately >34mm (more / less size) calculus in mid & lower pole. 3mm calculi. No hydronephrosis / focal lesions. Supra renal area is normal.

Having UTI since last 4-5 years.But it was in suppressed Condition.But from last 4 months it reappeared again.Burning sensation during urine passage..Feeling like urinate frequently but not happening properly.Taking Alkasol liquid to balance the pH.Sometimes I take Uripas Antibiotics but no use..Need proper treatment to root out completely.
