High level of blood urea creatinine and blood pressure Since 8 years Creatinine : 5.6 Blood urea : 98

My aunt was diagnosed with CKD.How to reduce Creatinine level? If her creatinine,sodium levels are brought back to normal, can she lead a normal life(eating without any restrictions)?. HOW TO REDUCE CREATININE LEVEL & SODIUM? What are all the food she should avoid? Thanks In Advance.

My Aunt is recently diagnosed with CKD. she has Type-2 diabetes & Hypertension. I'm very upset after knowing that she has got CKD. Is there a way to cure to CKD permanently. I was diagnosed with kidney stones a few days ago. I experienced a sharp pain in the lower abdomen. The doctor did an ultrasound and found a 4mm stone,he gave meftal spas for the pain but it's not really helping,I am experiencing a lot of pain, is there a way to stop the pain

So i have this proteinuria. 1.does the amount of bubble or form formation when i pee is it directly proportional to the amount of protein in urine because sometimes there is less bubble formation and sometimes there are more bubble formation and even after i flush its still there? 2.how long will it take for me to properly recover from it? 3.is it life threatening?
