High creatinine
Hi my father has creatinine 2.14 and blood urea 44.7 and sodium 146, please guide, frequency of urination at night has increased , no diabetes or hypertension

Since when is he having increased creatinine. Raised urea creatinine indicates kidney dysfunction which needs evaluation  including sonography.
Next Steps
visit nephrologist.  Will need complete evaluation beforing starting any treatment.
