Urea creatinine high
My father feeling chest pain that's why we go cardiologist surgeon he give some medicine and take consult with nephrologist today we consult the same with report of urea-65, creatinine-3.70 and usg report here I attached it dr give some medicine. Kindly advice is it curable by medicine and what type of food my father can take daily basis.Please advice I am afraid about this.

Both kidneys are small in size. This kidney problem is likely there for long duration and it was detected now. Total cure is unlinkely but medications can be given to delay the progress to total kidney failure. Needs nephrologist care
