Kidney Problems

I've been having pricky or tingling pain during urination since morning.. I have a frequent urge to urinate.. sometimes there is no urination inspite the urge.. I have a feeling like I need to excrete but can't excrete anything.. I have slight pain in my stomach. I think I had a little different smelling urine for one or two days. Not today though

L had a pain in my belly last month, then i was suggested to go for a USG test by local doc, and a small (5mm) stone was found in my right kidney. now what to do, what medicine to take?

I have recently been in hospital with digestion problems. The staff prepped me for surgery which wasn't necessary in the end.
