Kidney Problems

I'm getting back pain at down due to that not able to sit,walk properly from last 2 days.. I'm not getting what happened to me

I have been having 16 mm sized calculus in right renal pelvis my doctor suggested me ureteroscopy is it ok to remove or any other therapy (Natural) is available

Sir two days back I had severe pain in my lower back in right side I visited jss hospital Mysore were I was given a analgesic and was subjected to ultrasound scaning where the radiologist gave a report that pain was due to recently passed out calculi and edema in vuj till when I'll have the pain with zerodol and tamsulosin tablet

A recent checkup gave a creatinine level of 3.4, normal range is from 0.6-1.4. He has diabetes but that's under control, with fasting 87 and pp 140. His BP is a bit high but is under control. He excercises casually in the morning and goes on walks in the evening. My question is how to reduce the Creatinine level ? With home remedies and do's and don't s. Thanks for the help.

My father aged 64 suffering with abodominal pain ultrasound relieves he had hepatomegsly with multiplr cysts, renal calculus size of 1.6 cms in right kidney, left kidney they notice cortical cyst size 1.3*1.3cms and grade II prostatomegaly. Is this a very severe condition please suggested me is he required surgery or medications

I've had a chronic uti on and off for over a year and use natural treatments which help but never cure it completely. I am wondering if augmentin would be a good antibiotic to take? And what the dosage would be?
