I would like to know why pyeloplasty shall be done. What could be the future consequences after the operation.

Recently my husband got hospitalized with High blood pressure 240/140 with creatinine level 7.5. Doctor has done renal biopsy and report suggests that 'thrombotic microangiopathy with ATIN? secondary to HTN' what does this exactly mean. He is 32 years old active with no symptoms and urine output is good. can kidney function recover to normal?

Hi, I have a stone problem in my left kidney and recently when i took the X-ray the report was "Radio opaque density is noted in left hemi pelvis region" and "Left distal ureteric Calculus" and can I know the exact meaning of it

Left kidney of size 115mm have multiple stone of size 3 to 6mm and in Right kidney of size 110mm also have stone of average size 3 to 6mm (6 to 7 in each kidney).

Prostrate is grade 1 enlarged. takes alcohol but does not smoke. Is a heart patient and on blood thinners. Is a biopsy required in this case via TRUS. No other physical examinatio has been done
