Interstitial cystisis patient

Asked for Female, 39 Years

I am the patient of Interstitial cystisis since 12 years.I am taking T cystopan( 100 mg) since 3.5 years.I was taking two tablets in a day.but last year(in April month) I reduced my tablet and started to take only one tablet of cystopan in a day. but now again in april 2017 I am facing pain and urine frequency. tell me what to do
