I have 6 mm stone in my left side kidney. What to do in next step pls suggest me. Operate or medicine

I have got pain in my lower left abdomen since 3-4 days.first I thought of it as gastric problem since I was having bad breadth but after taking gastric pills ,still there is pain.one thing more I would like to mention that I pee more number of times and this habit of mine is from 2 yrs . I don't know what's happening.please help.

I had undergone right laparoscopic nephrectomy in 2011 due to hydro nephrotic non functioning kidney. From then every year I am consulting Urologists for annual check ups. This year in the ultrasound my left kidney demonstrates compensatory hypertrophy measuring 12x5.7, my doctor said it's a very good sign. What i forgot to ask my doctor is that due to the increase in size of kidney am I prone to Blood pressure?? Are there any side effects??

I have been diagnosed with ecoli in my urine.my doctor did culture test and prescribed me amikacin 500 mg injections twice daily for a week. He told me to inject into buttocks.i have injected into buttocks for 3 days.since I have pain nurse injected one injection into blood through vien without infusion.he just injected like IM in just 15 sec.I have searched and found that amikacin through IV should be done in 30 minutes slowly but he just injected into my left hand vien in 15 sec..is it safe to inject amikacin like this into blood? I'm scared.pls help.

Whenever I pee there are two streams of urine, one is the stronger stream other is not so strong. This causes a not of spraying. I don't feel and pain or burning sensation. What can this be due to?
