High PSA count
Father age 75, has PSA count of 10.4. Last year was 4.9. On urimax tablet for last 6 months as urine flow in morning was less. No UTI or blood in urine. Prostrate is grade 1 enlarged. takes alcohol but does not smoke. Is a heart patient and on blood thinners. Is a biopsy required in this case via TRUS. No other physical examinatio has been done

First thing is digital rectal examination of prostate by a urologist. Then can decide on need for biopsy
