Kidney Problems

I have problem of frequent urination. i have done sugar tests and urine tests nothing comes on report.urine irritates me in every half an hour 2 to 3 three times when i sleep at night.what should i do

I do drink lot of water but sometimes I think I've some problems related to prostate..Please guide me

Last monday i got pain at lower abdomen and at right kidney side, vomitings also..I went to a doctor and he said you might have stones at kidney. He told me to use some medicines like cefixime 200mg, Meftal spas and pantaprazole tablets for 5 days and for the pain relief he gave voveran and cyclopam injectios...After that I've consulted another doctor he asked me to take Ultra sound scan. In that report everything is normal..i used that medicine 5 days. Now my doubt is everyone is saying don't eat palak,cabbage, tomato, cauliflower and coconut water... so my doubt is for how many days i shouldn't take these foods. I'm taking 4 litres of water everyday.  please give me some information regarding this problem... Thank you.
