Kidney Problems

I have stomach pain since 3days I took whole abdominal scan its everything is normal and I took urine test albumin have traces and puss 4-6 its suggested UTI so what's my conditions ? Do i need medication. And how many days should I take it ? Ca n I come to normal routine

I had a whole body health checkup yesterday. I got the Abdomen Ultrasound with my bladder full. Post the scan I emptied my bladder and went for a TMT. There in between the tests, I got the urge to use the washroom, but I continued with the test since I was connected to all the electrolytes. Now I feel pain in my bladder. Please advise if serious.

I am 80 year old male. suffering from prostate problem and diabetis. I feel my self very weak. Planning to eat some cottage cheese for that. Bur protein was traced in my urine test. can I eat a little amount of cottage cheese say about 50 -75 gm once a day for weakness. or alternate day.
