From last one month my legs are swelling. There is burning sensation in foot Also bad smell in urine

My age around 68year. I have suger from last 15 to 20 years. Currently find that my uriya is around 68 & cretin 2.1 last 2 to 3 months. Suger level also in 150 fasting & 250 pp.

Chronic cholecystitis, grade 1 fatty liver and high bp Right kidney is shrinked and not identified in ultrasound

What can be the cause of excessive Foam While urination? I have urinary issues such as feeling no pressure of urine. Struggle to pass urine.

Having a frequent urine problem for long time now, done urine culture and routine urine test both show nothing. Frequent urge comes for urine after some time, during night also if frequent body is there while sleeping urine urge starts. Does go 4-5 times in night also but once sleep then no issue. If wear trouser belt tightly then also urges to urine after some time Please help
