Most Of the times back pain is occurring. Please advice me what is the problem with me. is that any problem in my kidney or any other else.

I am a renal transplant patient. After DEXA it has benn found that my bone mineral is very week. Doctor suggest me to take calcirol. Can I take calcirol 60000 with warm milk after dinner?
